一、Enterprises that settle down in the garden must accord with the State`s industrial policies,Those enterprises which cause serious pollution,or seriously-consumed energy or seriously-consumed local resources are not admitted to the garden according to the Chinese law.

二、Enterprises are admitted to the garden on one of the following conditions.
    1.The enterprises whose fixed assets investment is over 5,000,000 yuan ( including the investment for factory buicdings,equipment,buying land and so on).
    2.The enterprises whose yearly output value is over 10,000,000 yuan.
    3.The enterprises whose yearly-paid tax is over 500,000 yuan after coming into production.
