1.No regulated fee will be levied for the enterprises in the garden,The enterprises can go through all kinds of formalities free during the application and construction except that the   administrative operating expenses which will be handed in to the central or provincial gover-  nment must be paid.The enterpises can get any certificates or permits without paying any fees except the cost of production used for certificates.

2.The supervision fees for the construction project quality will be paid at 50% of the lowest   standard price,Enterprises are permitted to choose their own water and electricity installing  team,enterprises can enioy equal water and electricity price for the same net in the same area.

Reward

1.The enterprises that settle down in the garden shall enjoy tax preferential policies that the  enterprise income tax and increment tax left by the local finance shall be exempt within two  years and reduced within three years,Those hi-tech enterprises or those enterpyises handling  exports in the location shall enjoy another 3 years` half-reduction tax preference.

2.To the enterprises whose sale and raw materials are outside the county,or which just rent the factory buildings for deueloping industry without exploiting the local natural resources, or which are engaged in processing industry,50% of the increment tax paid by the enterprise within 3 years that is left by the local finance shall be awarded to expand reproduction, From the fourth year on, 50% of what the increment tax, paid by the enterprise, surpasses the top increment tax ever,which the local finance has kept,will be awarded to the enterprise by our industry garden`s management committee.
